Join me this Friday Jan 20, 2023 at Exxotic Fitness Beach Gym in Negril, Jamaica where I’ll be channeling Reiki healing energy and with the support of the new moon in Aquarius. 🌑

We work with intentions and lean into the new moon energy to bring us grounding and cleansing for a new cycle.

What does Aquarius energy offer? Aquarius really wants us to do things differently. What would you like to transcend? In what areas of life are you seeking inspiration? Bring your ideas and intentions around these subjects.

In this group healing session, we will do a short meditation before settling into a relaxing sound bath. I will channel Reiki to cleanse the space and everyone in it. All you have to do is be open to receive. I will stay after the session to answer questions and host a circle to speak with anyone who wants to share their experience.

Yoga mats are provided at the gym but if you like to get extra cozy consider bringing a blanket, eye mask, or a pillow for maximum comfort and relaxation. The event will last approximately one hour to 1.5 hours total.

This is our first reiki night collaboration with this wonderful beach side gym! The event is free so no one will be turned away. Come if you are interested whether it’s your first time or 100th time receiving Reiki.
