Sunrise Reiki
Start the day with peace and harmony.
In this group healing session, we will do a short meditation before settling into a relaxing sound bath. I will channel Reiki to cleanse the space and everyone in it. All you have to do is be open to receive. I will stay after the session to answer questions and host a circle to speak with anyone who wants to share their experience.
Yoga mats are provided at the gym but if you like to get extra cozy consider bringing a blanket, eye mask, or a pillow for maximum comfort and relaxation.
